I put my order in over a week ago now. Have mailed several times and left voice mails on their system. Looks like I may have to write it off.

Been in touch. Apparently they have sent it, but I am to contact them if it doesn't arrive. It's as if they think it might not.
Why are they in this business?

They're probably selling left over stock (legally?) from a manufacturer of trade car paint and have to wait for them to do a full batch run on your exact type.“I may not agree with you, but I will defend to the death your right to make an a** of yourself.”

Nearly 3 weeks later, after claiming twice that they'd already sent it (package was postmarked the day before it arrived), the paint arrived. That's a relief, but I don't think they'll be getting any repeat custom. :j0

I read the thread as I'm checking out which supplier to use / not use.
What I don't understand is why, of all the many posters here who have apparently been scammed, no one has taken further action.
this company seems to have been ripping people off for years, and will continue to do so till people start suing them, or reporting to Trading Standards etc.
OK - this thread is useful (and has warned me off) but I only stumbled on it through a search of 'autopaint' (who I think I'll now use - fingers crossed).0 -
Bit alarmed when I read all the negative reports after I ordered the paint kit. Normally I check out the company first. The paint was a rather unique colour . The girl handling the transaction kept me in the loop after querying the registration and code. The paint arrived today , less than two weeks after ordering. Happy with that .0

I came across this site some days ago and would reinforce other views to give them a wide berth !
When I enter my registration number on the site , their Shopping Cart recorded only "SKODA touch up paint" with no indication as to either the name of the colour and/or its code. That was not very re-assuring to me.
If , instead of entering a registration number , I entered ANYTHING as a paintcode (1 letter , 10 letters ) their Shopping Cart replicated whatever I had typed in and recorded "SKODA touch up paint". Again , I was not at all reassured.
I sent them an email on 6 November 2014 asking for someone to ring me. Guess what ? No response. I shall try elsewhere and have noted that Paint4u is recommended so I shall try there.;)0 -
I ordered and paid for paint from them on the 21st October 2014, and it has never arrived. I have tried to contact them by phone and left a voicemail and email - no response. I am about to send them a letter. I can't understand how companies can get away with this these days.0
