Paints did arrive eventually...just took 2 weeks!

I ordered paint etc 0n 15th June 2012. £45. Paid thru Worldpay. I then received copy of order and receipt, saying 'Allow 5 days for delivery' still waiting. I made the mistake of not checking them out first. I now find lots of complaints about them. They do not respond to e mail (just reply with an auto generated e mail) or phone call, just an answerphone giving times to call them. But there is no one there. I will take this to Tr Stds. I have also written to Worldpay as I believe this to be a scam.

I just wanted to say I ordered from these scoundrels 7weeks ago and nothing, no paint, no response to emails and not answering their phone. I guess I will not get my money back so lesson learnt...AVOID these people at all costs.

You cant match the paint colour with just the reg number as far as i'm aware! If they dont ask for the VIN number (unique number to your vehicle), avoid the company like the plague!

I ordered on 3rd July and have had the same response as others - No reply to emails and answer messages on phone.
Has anybody managed to get any response from World Pay ??

'We only need your registration number' , yeah right. My car is black, they sent red!!
No response to emails. Muppets!!!!!!
In the end I bought a genuine VW touch up kit for the same price. I'm a divvy for not checking first. :mad:

Sadly I too ordered from this company without having seen the warnings.

They obviously do monitor their E-mail as they asked me for my registration - but I have had no other replies other than the automated responses.

World pay have handed over my money and want nothing more to do with it so I'm going to have to go to the credit card company.

Do not use this company.

I've used Autopaint St Helens a few times and they're always been exceptional. Most remarkable time was metallic burgundy for a 15 year old Audi 80 that was absolutely SPOT ON (and I'm not very experienced at painting).

I don't know if they're the cheapest, but they have my recommendation. They used to do discounts through some car forums (including club 306).

same story as everyone else. avoid this awful company. (they did refund me after 2 weeks and a few emails).

Same problem ordered some paint, next day delivery, two weeks later no order.
