Got one a couple of week ago through small biz, 350.83. I'm yet to pick it up as im in Italy but I will next week when im home for easter.

I'm just wondering should I bother getting another 512mb of mem as there is already 2 x 256mb in there meaning i'd have to lose one and so i'd be paying for only another 256 gain.

Not sure think i'll stick and see how 512 does to start with...

Does anybody think the spec might be better for the same price at easter time. Is it best to hold off until then. Or just take the plunge now.?

Unless there's a Dell marketing insider on this forum, I think you'll have to go with your own instincts on that one.

They tend to make the offers different in some way (reflected in the price) so as to not fall-foul of Advertising Standards, etc. by constantly doing the same "special offer".

They might offer some freebie tomorrow though if they do a Saturday/Weekend special...

if you want a bit of an extra discount .........

    https://www.dell.co.uk/epp

as a "mcdonalds employee" brings price down to £315 inc vat and shipping

or £326 with the better battery.

ps unsure who else you can work with to get that discount.

Is it possible to go through both this epp link and Quico?

Whichever is cheapest - just make sure you put the company name somewhere so that it appears on the invoice.

    No.
The discount on the Dell Employee Purchase Programme is offered by Dell instead of a referrer's commission fee (e.g. Quidco).

Ah well - gone for it, been tracking these offers for a while. Nothing else comes close! Ordered this and extra memort via Quidco links so save a bit extra and applied for Barclaycard on 10 mth balance transfer to get a decent period of interest free.

As my village shopkeeper used to say (of his weekly offers) "while your spending your saving" - that should be this sites logo!
