Whilst this is true I am also looking at a newspaper advert this very second entitled Easter Extravaganza (in the London Metro) that says £339 (next to £399 crossed out, and Easter Special), evalue code NPUK5-N04135B so expect them to fix this in a couple of hours on the website.

Oh, if you've bought one of these because of my original post, a thanks wouldn't go amiss! :o

    HAPPY EASTER! :j

thanks you, happy easter to you

Found depot, called UPS (this guy was lovely and very helpful!) he said I didn't have to wait till Tuesday, that I could collect it tonight or on Saturday! All I need to do is get Dell to send a release form to them via email. Contacted Dell, finally got it sorted (they will call me by 3 to let me know if UPS had confirmed receipt and then bingo ... I can go collect it between 6-7 tonight!

Now, all I have to do it get O/H to come home a little earlier, find out exactly where the depot is and I should be posting from my new lappy by 8 ... ok ok maybe 9!

    Fingers crossed hey!

ps. checked the system on Dell in the early hours, same spec was at £369, I suppose it'll keep changing!

:T Now, just make sure you are sitting in total silence so you actually hear that little tap ... that'll be the UPS delivery guy :D

I'm still waiting for the call to say UPS have the release email. Dell have emailed me to say it has been sent to UPS!

I've managed to hook up a highly sensitive seismograph to my front door - I'll be able to hear if someone sneezes in Japan.

Of course it would actually help if I ordered the laptop.

    Indecision, indecision.
  • Mine was dispached on 11/4 and now the status is showing as Delivered but I still have not got it yet !!!!!!

I live in N.Ireland and the courier was Interlink.

Should I contact dell or the courier or wait another while?

Has anyone noticed that the laptop offer is still active??? (unlike the desktop offers)

I'm still thinking of getting one. Can anyone give me feedback on the screen quality please?

    Delivered at 11:34 today :D:D:D

The screen is very good IMO, a little dim on battery but useable (you can put it to highest setting when on battery but life will be reduced).

Good build quality, much better than the cheap Acers I was looking at, only problem I have with it is all the software that Dell put on it.

A Question for anyone thst has received their laptop

Is the wireless card card internal or is it one that sticks out of the side of the computer?

Thanks in advance to anyone that can help!
