WELL DONE on not giving up. Might I suggest though that you put a little more into a buffer fund?

So, the post arrived yesterday, and Ive heard from Halifax re my Mortgage PPI. They are offering £5691.86 which is fantastic and I have the opportunity to contact them to take up a complaint regarding the rest of the Protection Plan I had as they state they have only taken into account one element of it and provide a tel no if I want to pursue the rest. I wil be on the phone to them tomorrow!. Based on the advice on this site with regard to the qualification criteria for being missold a policy it all applies in my case. So, the other two elements should be refunded too. So, Im in a win win situation. At worst Im due just over £9K in total taking all 3 complaints into account, at best I should be entitled to more! Watch ths space.
The timing of things at the moment is really making me sure there is a guardian angel you know. Ive been trying to download a cd onto my dd's MP3 player today without success. And a leaflet came through our door as the frustration built from a local computer team I know of offering a special deal on computer services! You have to laugh! My debts at LBM (2009)Grand Total £161,983.77.(Incs everything, mtge, cr cards, loans)
May 2013 £124,080.27= £37,903.50 paid off WOW!!!!! Well done! There is a guardian angel out there! :AI'm visualising success, debt freeness, and happy days!:T0 -
