CW - Haven't seen you on over the weekend, just wondering if everything is OK?
Spent yesterday at a one day craft event - started at 9:30am, and we wound up an hour early at around 7:30pm. Had 5 classes, which took up over 7 hrs of the time - and most of that was sat in one place in a not too comfy seat. I actully ended up bailing on one of the classes and going out for a walk to try and ease it off, but it wasn't helped by the fact I didn't take my normal craft bag which has some of my meds in it - and I totally forgot to pack any into the bag I took
I'd been up until 2am sorting photos to take, and up at 6am cooking curry so DS could make his own tea, having a scrub and hairwash, packing up my craft tools, and printing off directions - so when I got home just after 8:30pm I was ready to collapse :rolleyes2 I fell asleep around 10:30pm and have been up again since 7am - but am now ready for another little napCheryl0 -
Prize Giving came and went-to be honest I felt so out of it it wouldn't have mattered what I wore. Had a difficult conversation with a parent in my class who felt his son deserved a prize. To be honest they all do, little poppets all try their best but he and I (by working there) have bought into a traditional education and must just accept that. At least all the children in the lower school do get a prize at some point. I pointed out that by the time they go to the upper school things are much more competitive. Still feel very awkward about it (by coincidence I have a meeting with the parent tomorrow am about something else). Not helped by still running a high temperature and feel faint because of my monthy pains. Trying to finish some assessment whilst I'm feeling this way but feel very down and selfish for feeling that way. Sorry everyone.

SM-Bless you. Been reading a post after each part to cheer myself up! Love you all for taking me away from my mood. x sft:cool: Frugal Living 2010 member MFW by 2014 Was 88,000 now £46,877.90 Grocery Budget for Dec-April=£173.72/£244 (Groc Budget 2010 from Ebay/Voucher savings/Quidco -If we can do it will save our £980 GC budget) Now living the dream -in our tiny country cottage-all thanks to MS forums. x 39 2 go

have another hug sft - not an easy situation to negotiate and it can be so difficult when the pains are that bad.
Be back laters to catch up properly - busy day interspersed with regular rests and having just lugged several large bags to the charity shop, I very much need a rest now.I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once0 -
Hi fruguys and gals,
Soon to be son in law had his first experience competing in the raft race today and his team only went and won! :T:beer: SL & friend now en route home and I hope they enjoyed their visit as much as I did. Hoping to see them back down here again in the not too distant future. Thanks for visiting, SL - she makes delicious tablet, yum!
SFT I hope you are feeling a bit better. If you need cheering up, have a laugh at my misfortune, before SL gets online and tells her version of the story. :rotfl:Everyone found it very amusing and I asked nicely that nobody tell anybody else, especially on here! But, seeing as you have been a little bit under the weather, I'll whisper it to you; After poking myself in the eye with a stick last week, I walked into a lamp post today!
CW, take it easy for a bit and get recovered before we tell you about another house we've found for you - SL has now seen the weird chalet one, but spotted another one when we were walking back from the harbour today. It has a lamp post quite near it! :rotfl:
Back later to catch up, need to go eat now and then get out for my evening stroll.I reserve the right not to spend.
The less I spend, the more I can afford.

Oh dear, Nyk. You'd better put a helmet, goggles and safety boots on if you're going out for a walk! Try to do something less dangerous tomorrow, lol.:heartsmil When you find people who not only tolerate your quirks but celebrate them with glad cries of "Me too!" be sure to cherish them. Because these weirdos are your true family.0

Still not had food but pasta almost ready
Whitewing, it's funny your saying that, as it is actual safety boots I wear, normally. :rotfl: But no goggles or helmet unless you counted a skullcap when riding. It's more of a complete spacesuit type outfit I need as I am an utter disaster when it comes to personal safety. I even have some sort of silly HSE certificate I'd to do through work, so am fully aware of the dangers in a variety of jobs, both animal related and within the construction industry, yet I can still ...
1. Get myself stuck in a hen run when hair bauble gets attached to the wire fencing
2. Get caught on a quilt when an ear ring caught in the lacework!
3. Staple my nail to a booklet
4. Set fire to a thumbnail
5. Get myself stuck on a horse when I zipped up my jacket and caught the mare's mane in the zipper, THEN try to dismount
6. Almost strangle myself with my own hair when it got wrapped around my neck whilst sleeping
7. Fracture my skull on a car boot
8. Break my nose (the first time - it's been done 3 times) leaning over a pony
9. Set fire to an electric kettle
10. Explode a crock pot full of porridge
And the many other things are just too stupid to record here, trust me on that.
SM - are you fully aware of the consequences of your own actions in wanting to live anywhere near me? :rotfl:I reserve the right not to spend.
