My SIL does this with birthday cards so I don't think it is necessarily a 'give-away' but I don't think it is necessary as there is a printed sheet after all

I use the printed sheet to file prepared post in, I fold it in half and just put the post in the middle and tuck it down the side of my PC, then I can quickly check at a glance what needs to go on what day.
  • I put a post it note on each one saying day/time/location to post from then once it's posted i write on the weekly schedule the time/day on postbox/location of posting that it was posted from and keep these for 6 months as a few times they have rang me and asked me to confirm the date/time of posting at least this way i can be 100% sure of the details, overkill maybe but only takes seconds.

I do this too as I had a query in my first week. I also write the R number, smart number and date of received items on the schedule and if I have returned smarts to RI, I log the numbers and date. As you say, it's only seconds to do but makes any queries easier.

Similar to you, but I use 6 of the big brown envelopes: 1 for each day of the week so I can see at a glance if anything needs posting on a specific day.

    SP

Ooooh I couldn't cope with 6 lol. More than my poor brain can handle!!! I just use the one and write the postings on the outside eg Mon 23rd before 10, PO. I use a new envelope every couple of weeks.

Mind you, I haven't had my envelope this week, it usually arrives on Saturday :(. hope there's not going to be any more sackings. Mind you it was only a couple of days ago they offered me another mis delivery survey. Hopefully it will turn up tomorrow!

I've had a really good month - first parcel posting, 2 extra letters and 1 misdelivery.

Would be good if every month was the same, or am I being greedy?

I've never been asked to do a parcel. How did you get into that? Do you have to apply separately or is it just a matter of waiting to be asked? I've been doing letters for a few years now.

I am dreading when they change to my own initials as I usually just dump most of my mail straight into the recycling so now I will have to open everything to see if it from kantar. Imagine the pile of junk mail growing larger and larger waiting for it to arrive on the no R number list:rotfl:

I must say im not overly impressed - particularly for those with no r number - ie magazines and the like of which they seem to be sending more and more.
