When an item with a SMART first appears you are given the option of allocating any of your current SMARTs to it, if you don't do this, after a while a SMART is automatically assigned (don't know the precise time line, but now for next week seems about right) so my guess would be that the system attempted to assign a SMART when you clicked on it, saw that you didn't have any available and removed the requirement. "Prepare" the rest and those requirements will go away too. :-)

I had an email asking me to join up so I did, had my first pack and now the first training pack but it all seems a bit confusing at the moment, do you find it is worth doing, I know the stamps are good but what else do they offer in return? thanks bbIf you don't have something nice to say don't bother saying anything at all.0

You will find it all falls into place once you start doing it regularly. I suggest you read the faq on the website if you are unsure anytime as most questions are covered there. And the lovely Joanne at the office is always there if you need to speak to someone.
You get the regular stamps each month, which I think are well worth having for the amount of time it takes. They also occasionally send out special issue stamps as an extra.
You may also be invited to do misdelivery surveys for which you get paid £6 in Love to shop vouchers
I think you will find that most people taking part find it worthwhile. If you look back on the thread you will see that when people are dropped they are usually quite upset, so it can't be bad!0 -

Nothing else unless you get any 'extras' - that is misdelivery, extra postings, parcels etc. - but nothing extra is guaranteed.
You wouldn't do this for the money thats for sure - some of just like doing it really. :eek:0 -
The smarts are allocated on a Thursday for the following week. HTH0

Yes, email them to explain what you have received.
(Something like that happened to me a couple of weeks ago. I received a large envelope with usual R number sheet and SMART but also an envelope - no content IIRC but addressed to a participating business organisation (recognisable from the test initials). So I emailed to explain.0
