Which is not illegal. The question I commented on was about the re-use of stamps that have already been through the postal system, which explicitly is. That is fraud.
Dont worry stumpypumpy, they are on way back to Kantar!

I'm on a misdelivery survey at the moment and trying the online entry system but keep getting errors - anyone else? I try and enter 0s for my doorstepped items (which it says to do if you receive none) and it breaks the page and I get an error message.

Also the correctly delivered survey button has replaced the one for my smarts! Now I can't check how many smarts I'm supposed to have and which are allocated or not!

I can help re the misdelievery survey, we had an email saying to ignore the online button, as it doesn't go live to Jan, just to use the paper system as normal.

I wouldn't worry about the smarts at the, if you have any to allocate this wek, do them as normal and see what happens on fri, when they update the smarts, or give them an email xx
xx rip dad... we had our ups and downs but we’re always be family xx
  • The login page has a big ramble about not touching the new Delivery Button and how they'll forgive you if you do it once but no more!

I'm just filling in the paper forms as usual over the next two weeks.

You can still see what smarts you have by selecting the "Return smarts button".

I have just replied to this email without any problem. I used reply button and then just entered "correct" and PO details alongside their text. Went through without any problem. I did not alter anything on the headings.

Hi there. Can anyone please help:o

Basically i posted a while ago saying i hadnt received any smarts for items that are due to be posted next week now [and in the posting guide it said that smarts were required]. Anyway, today i logged on, and i checked the posting schedule for next week. All items said 'Add smart' in the smart column. I clicked on one of them and it suddenly told me that a smart was no longer allocated. And it now says that the item is ready for posting, even though i have not prepared it yet. I'm pretty sure im at fault here as maybe i shouldn't have clicked on the smart tab, but now i don't know what to do. The 'Add smart' is no longer there for the item that i clicked on so do i now add a smart or not add a smart [that is if i had any smarts to add which i still have not received and shall contact them if i don't by the end of this week].

EDIT: Also, i dunno if im the only one, but i don't have the 'Manage my smarts' link at the top. :S

Don't worry, it is nothing you have done, the SMART requirement has just been removed from the item. Post it without a SMART.
When an item with a SMART first appears you are given the option of allocating any of your current SMARTs to it, if you don't do this, after a while a SMART is automatically assigned (don't know the precise time line, but now for next week seems about right) so my guess would be that the system attempted to assign a SMART when you clicked on it, saw that you didn't have any available and removed the requirement. "Prepare" the rest and those requirements will go away too. :-)

Come on people, it's not difficult: lose means to be unable to find, loose means not being fixed in place. So if you have a hole in your pocket you might lose your loose change.
