Just wondered if all the people that post items stick to the times and post box / post offices that they are allocated.
I know sometimes I don't always stick to this and they haven't said anything. I always post on the right day though but if I leave home early then it's difficult to post something after say 1pm.
Do others stick to the posting religiously?
I do. Use post box or (box) at post office as requested and in the time-frame requested.
However I am fortunate in living and working in the same broad post area and being able to take lunch pretty much when I want so can catch the 10-1 or after 1 timeslots. There are also boxes and post offices near both home and work.0 -

Yup i stick to the day and the posting time. If they werent too fussed what time they wanted me to post, they wouldnt give a time frame.
The postboxes ive allocated mean that i can usually get to one of them without any problems, even if im in work0 -
I stick to what is requested.
THere are suggestions on the site for what to do if you can't on a particular occasion (away from home unexpectedly etc) and I think that they include delaying the posting by a week or a day0 -

Yeah your right, if you cant post on a certain day, they ask that you keep the item and post it on the same day the following week.0 -

Nope, I post at the box I'm nearest to at a time I'm available. I always make sure I post on the right day but if I can't then it's the same day the following week. So far they haven't complained!0 -
Hi
I only signed up and got accepted recently.
The email said that my 1st pack and stamps were on the way.
I haven't received anything but the site is showing that I should be posting something tomorrow
What should I do, I sent an email but haven't had a reply0 -

Yep I do as well, the idea is they specify a time slot as its based on collection of the post boxes / post box so they know what time its gets franked at the post office, and then the deleivery to ensure that it meets the time standards.
I would say that if you cant do the posting plan, would it not be best to pull out and let someone who can post to be allowed to join. Sorry if that seems harsh, but we all have to manage the times given us, xxx rip dad... we had our ups and downs but we’re always be family xx0 -

As they don't know which post boxes you are going to put on your list and most of them these days only get empitied once a day I don't see the problem.
For example I could rush out and post something before 10am as they said so but the box I pick is only emptied at 5.30 every day. How is that going to help them in any way? All that's happened to the post is sit in the box all day. As long as it's in there before collection it will be treated in the same way as the other post.
Sorry but some people take this far too seriously. If we were getting paid even the minimum wage for doing it then fine but I do more than enough to earn the stamps they send each month.0
