I just got an email to say I have won the daily prize. My first after 17 months with them.

I feel like the luck of reading other people winning on here has rubbed off onto me. Also got an extra 12 stamps for sending an extra item yesterday and all I need now is a presentation pack to make it a hat trick!!! ))

I was accepted yesterday (received email with login details) :T

BUT.. then today I have received an email:

conducted by Research International, your contribution has been
invaluable.

As you may be aware, we are commissioned by Royal Mail to measure the
quality of their service in specific postcode areas, however at present
we have more than the required number of panellists in your postcode and
unfortunately this means we need to remove you from the panel. We will
keep your details on our "Reserve" list in case a space becomes
available in your area at which time we would contact you again to see
if you are still interested in helping with the survey.

Please do not worry about posting or completing information online for
any items you may still have or may receive in the near future. If you
can use any of the stationery for your own use then please do.

Once again, thank you for your participation and support with the
project.

I've sent them an email to ask whats going on. I've been ditched before I have even done anything??

Im guessing it cant hurt but i think ill call them tomorrow and have a quick chat and find out whether i am signed up via their email invite or the sign up page or indeed at all!!

I was gutted when i was dropped in March. I will post back what they say.

I did this for a while. It was quite good. They just stopped sending eventually for some reason.

Told them via the section on their website that I was on holiday from 10th - 20th of this month so today I receive a pack asking me to post a letter on 17th! :rolleyes:

Have emailed them to ask what they want me to do with it!

Well looks like I am out, was a glitch in their system apparantly :undecided

Dear ,

Firstly accept my apologies for all the confusion.

Please note the reason you were allowed to join the panel few days ago
was due to a system updating. As we were updating our system few days
back and during the update process by default the system allowed some
panelist to join even when there were no available spaces in their
postcode areas.

After updating and getting the information about new joined Panelists we
have sent this email to all the panelists who joined during the updating
and put them to reserve.

I hope you will understand.

mystical... Don't be too disheartened. People come and go all the time and doors close and open all the time. A space could become available and hey presto you will be on.

Hi, I have been doing these surveys for a little while but something just occurred to me - the stickers that you put on the back of the envelopes you send the received items in, are you meant to put them on the back of the envelopes you send the Smarts back in? If so I haven't been!!!!
