Hi, I have been doing these surveys for a little while but something just occurred to me - the stickers that you put on the back of the envelopes you send the received items in, are you meant to put them on the back of the envelopes you send the Smarts back in? If so I haven't been!!!!

No - the SMART envelopes don't need the sticker. They just need the reference letters from the SMARTS themselves to know what they have!

    Xmas Saver!
This may sound double dutch - so apologies in advance.

when we all log into our home page, the additional box comes up reminding us how to send Smarts etc back, and the "post " goes in the grey envelope with the "personialsed " sticker on the back

    BUT

In my posting pack this morning the grey bag had the sticker prestuck to it on the front lower edge of the grey envelope, def not got stuck there by mistake as the sticker sheet was well away from the envelopes - just wondered if it was just me?

    Cheers xx

Thats where mine was as well - I thought I'd stuck it in the wrong place but noticed one of my stickers was missing. Although I'm not on the survey anymore still getting loads to post back...mine now has two stickers on it - whoops!

When I first started I did the same thing. They called me and told me one barcode sticker on the large grey envelope is enough!!

BTW I am putting the sticker on myself!!

No barcode sticker is needed on the SMART return envelope!!

I have had this as well. It has only just started in the last couple of weeks. Perhaps they are doing this because people keep forgetting to do it themselves. I would not worry about it.

Yes - my last pack included the return envelope with sticker already affixed. And, as mum2one noted, they don't follow their own instruction about where to put the sticker! (When I began doing the survey work it just said to put the label on the envelope and didn't specify where so I used to apply it to the front of the envelope above the address - until they gave the specific instruction illustrated with an example of a sticker on the back of an envelope.)

mystical... Don't be too disheartened. People come and go all the time and doors close and open all the time. A space could become available and hey presto you will be on. ;)

    Thanks, I hope so :)
