Has anyone had problems with the £1.00 love to shop voucher given for the misdelivery. BHS would not accept it beacuse they said it is an old design and they are not taken them anymore, it was still in date.

Looks like its problem with your local BHS then . I successfully used my £6 vouchers yesterday and didnt have a problem. If they are in date then they should be fine.

.....does it drive others mad when the order of letters on the printed sheet is different from the order on the online system? I've just been preparing my batch for the coming week and 2 are for the same day, so I was motoring through them, and suddenly realised I'd handwritten an envelope that should've had a label.

I know I should look more carefully but I expected them to be in the same order. So apologies if you live in Wilmslow, you've got labels stuck all over yours ( I knew all those labels would come in handy one day!)

Probably just me though!! I expect they've done it deliberately to catch less careful people like me out!
It's not just your. I wonder how it is that items for the same date are in a different order on the printed sheet compared with the online version.

I've also done the wrong thing - written address when should have been printed label or put the label on a 1st class envelope when it should have been on 2nd class. Spotted in time to correct but still annoying.

I also wonder why they keep sending the sheet listing the post boxes we have registered as they can be checked any time online.

Tried at Wilkinsons and they said the same,

If shops will not take them they should not really be sent out.

One assistant (at Bon Marche, IIRC) was going to reject a L2S voucher a while back because the design did not match the poster they had. Fortunately another assistant recognised that it was in date and said it was OK to accept.

I've had the same problem. You can send them back to Love2shop and they will exchange them (of course you have to cover the cost of sending them back and they recommend special delivery as they are not covered for loss under any other service). However earlier this year I sent some of the £5 ones back as well and the replacements that they send back to me were the ones that you can use in Argos so I was happy with that.

It was something to do with counterfeit vouchers - they changed the design and the £1 ones that Kantar send out are the old design. I informed Kantar at the time of the problems that I had but they obviously chose not to do anything

You mean the poster item numbers?

Kantar have always said that the online data is most upto date and to follow that schedule as much as possible.

The info is the same but the order on the sheet which has the addresses etc on is sometimes different from the online version.

So the sheet might have letter no 1000 to go on Mon, then 1001 and 1002 both for Wed. But the online version might show 1000 for Mon but 1002 then 1001 for Wed. - same letter different order than on the paper. Confusing cos you have to have both the paper sheet and the online version open at the same time. Without noticing that, I merrily picked up 1001 and wrote the address on the label, and suddenly realised that it was 1002 that should've had the handwritten label on! Actually at this point I'm going to stop rambling as it's obviously only me, no point explaining any further!!! Sorry to bore you all.

ps, thank you LittleVoice. So nice to know I'm not alone!!! X

I know exactly what you mean and I've done it as well. Perhaps it is correct that this is what all the spare sticky labels are for!
  • I got my diary last week and as nice as it is I won't use it. I di
dn't use last years so if anyone would like it PM your address and I will post it out.

Shame to waste it and can't be bothered to whack it on Ebay either so I hope someone here wants it.

  • Has anyone received their pack of items to send out last week? I usually receive them on a Friday, but did not get anything last week. I guess its probably due to the post strike, and seeing as its next weeks items to send, will wait a couple more days before contacting Kantar, but wondered if anyone else had not received next weeks items yet?
