I received my starter pack today and my stamps!

I got 12 x christmas stamps too , it was a card with twelve stamps inside so its my 1st christmas card this year !

Hi,

I got my starter pack and stamps today,i mean i was selected as member long time back and couldnt do it as i went out of country so i explained and later they didnt take me
I registered my interest again and now finally i got my pack today but no email confirmation so i retrieved my password from their website to log in the site.
Now i have a doubt,since i m new to this,if anyone could clarify for me it would be very helpful.I also emailed them so hoping for a reply as well.

What they did is put me on a Training period of what they call just had a pack of 2 small envelopes with first class stamps,posting schedule,sticky labels,gudelines and stamps.

Now what i want to know is i received the pack today and since i didnt have any log in information,i just went to website and have retrieved the password.Do they supply a date for posting or we need to post this within a week as i m on training period,and would receive another pack next week? or its upto us to post whenevr we want within this week,and record all timings online.In the posting schedule its written period from 23 nov to 24 nov does that mean we have to post between that one day?



I dont know how many have been put in training period,but when i was not in country i was also given smart and it was not a training period,though i was not here i came and went through it.

Please could anyone help me with this procedure.

just thought.i haven't had my monthly incentive ( got the xmas stamps though) and the last lot i got was October 15th.i've got the next fortnight's posting packs too.anybody else not got their stamps?

The posting schedule usually gives the day, time, which postbox etc for each letter. So it might say to post on 23 Nov between 8 and 1 at a certain postbox which you will already have notified them. You then record online what time you posted and what day was written on the postbox.

Everyone has to do the training postings, In my case they sent out a whole wodge of paper information about exactly how to do it, which is also on the website. Have you not had that? I found it really comprehensive and useful at the beginning and worth going through step by step.

If you're still not sure it's far better to phone them rather than email I've found. Joanne is a star at helping to sort out problems. But they're only available during the working week so don't expect a reply at weekends.

It seems over complicated at first, but if you get to grips with the first few postings it suddenly becomes clear!

I did get the guidelines but it said they going to send me weekly so i wasnt sure that we have to post before the new task comes or not.

Also we only have to enter the system when we have already posted the sample given nothing to do before that?

this might be a silly question but I've been accepted onto the parcel survey which is great , got my starter pack etc just waiting for my first parcel
now with the letters they have test initials on them but with the parcel it will have my proper name so how do I know its a test parcel or something thats really for me ??
