Don't know but I suppose it is possible that the "late query" e-mails are automatically generated.
I have not received any recently but have to say seems our local posties have not been on strike as we have had deliveries all the time.0 -

I have an item to post today but i don't have the smart card i'm supposed to post with it , what do i do ?0
-
You can mark an item as not having a SMART when it shows as "Ready for preparation" in the interface. When you click on it to prepare it, the interface will ask whether you've put a SMART in the envelope, and you can simply say "No".
