Incentive stamps arrived today for April and box of mini eggs!!!

Just received my first box to post. Weren't we supposed to get 6 x first class stamps for posting the box? There's non in my posting pack.

I thought that they were to be giving an extra book of stamps for the hassle of taking their box to the Post Office too. When they sent everyone the page of box info/instructions recently, however, I noticed there was no mention of any extra incentive.
Maybe they only gave the extra stamps for that trial run they did. :think:

All I got was 1 SMART in an envelope, just in case I need it... which I don't for the next week so not sure why they bother to send extra stuff out.

I just signed up for this and got accepted. How long does it normally take to received the log in details and your first box/letters?

Just a quick question for those who have been doing it a while, I got accepted and sent my first two lots of letters correctly, but then haven't recieved anything since, been about a week...how often do they send you things to post or recieve?

i recently joined this and so far have sent 2 letters a week but this week i have received the usual 2 to send but also 2 other individual ones and 2 smart s, do i enclose the smarts with each one of the new addresses
very confused so any help would be great

If you need to send the SMARTS with the letters, it should say on the paper posting plan if there is a SMART to enclose and also then if you log on it will show which SMART number in particular to send to what address.

But also, I have been sent random SMARTS just to keep until needed - they could make things a bit clearer really.

Were these sent with the posting schedule for w/c 30 March? I have had my schedule for next week but no stamps & I am on holiday for w/c 30 March.

Will wait & see if the stamps come separately as usual but doubt if I'll receive the eggs in that case.:(
