got 2 post 2 small white env on mon and tues but have recieved them yet! does this happen offen do i need to inform them mon?

Can I ask why they include a silver lined SMART returns envelope in with letters to be posted out, what am I supposed to do with this, or is it just sent as spare stationery in case in the future I have a SMART to be returned to Kantar? ie it's nothing to do with the letters being posted out?

Yes, you are right - it is to send back SMART's when requested. You will get one every week and end up with a pile of them!!

Great thanks, seems bit silly unless requested or there are SMARTS due!

i know cause i looked at daily tasks and it says what is coming for week ahead:D

I received 2 letters to post out as listed on the posting schedule yet there were 4 letters listed on the online schedule so 2 I didn't receive and weren't even included on the schedule they posted out - seems a bit of a mess!

Normally the 'big brown envelope' comes 2 weeks before postings are due to go out. I would send them an email now and then they have it for Monday am to sort out for you.

They are obviously having problems then. I have been doing the survey for over 2 years and never had anything like that happen - or maybe I've been lucky??!! :cool:

Thanks for the warning, I checked my posting schedule for next week and I have to post items I haven't received too! I've contacted the the survey people to let them know.
