i cant get in either - plus im a bit late logging a few!

I can't get in either. Judging by the error message they've lost the connection to their database server. They'll probably just have to reset it when they get into the office tomorrow and it will be all working again. There could be a more serious problem but they are rare.

Everything is working ok for me now after two days of being unable to log in.

Had a phonecall from Kantar yesterday, due to work commitments I have had to post in the early hours of the morning, 4 - 5am. I was told this was fine and that I could continue to do so, but to enter the time of posting as 7am as anything earlier than that gets 'lost' in the system. Thought afterwards this might explain why I have never won any of the daily draws despite being on the panel for two/three years.

If there is only one collection from the postbox you use does it matter if it isn't quite in the time slot they say?

I had my first piece of post that could be classed as a mis delivery the other day - pity I'm not doing the survey at the moment!
