They have phoned me in the past and asked if I have got a particular item. I had put it on the desk and other stuff had piled up on top so now I have a good clearout of my desk every few weeks .

just received a booklet today with guidelines about "mailsort & postream guidelines". the letter that came with it says that they will be sending in posting packs aswell. anyone else got this?

Yes, I got one on Saturday, didn't tell me anything new though!
