Could someone please help me? I'm new to posting on here so I hope I get this right. I have just received magazines and don't know whether I send back the paperwork info with R- number with the magazines or just the paper work and keep the mags. I've looked through the FAQ's and training online on the site but can't find the answer....I've probably overlooked it. Hope someone can help. Thanks in advance.
With all the magazines I have received I have never had to rip-off front or back covers and I have never photocopied them either. I simply return the plastic cover it came in. I have never been queried about it either.

Everything I receive to do with the survey I always send back. (The exception being the stamp incentives) :D:)
    Like good food and drink?
    Try Hotel Chocolat and Baileys.

Me too. I usually read the magazines first, though (with the exception of "British Homing Weekly" which went back unopened when I was receiving it). This is my personal choice.

In the pages of this thread, this question has been asked numerous times and different people have different takes on it - in fact I seem to remember different people being told different things by the helpline at different times, for all I know they may have different policies for different parts of the country - The easy answer is to call the help line and ask for yourself, they are very nice on there and will be happy to give you all the answers.
Come on people, it's not difficult: lose means to be unable to find, loose means not being fixed in place. So if you have a hole in your pocket you might lose your loose change.

I wonder when they will announce the April winner (still showing March's this eveing).

and still the same evening of 7 June - so perhaps they discontinued the £750 draws so there were no winners in April or May.

The name of April's winner is now published so they hadn't discontinued the £750 draws.

I do remember it being mentioned before that they do not expect the bulky magazines to be returned eg Good Housekeeping etc.

I wish they'd send me Private Eye again, used to get it every week for over two months a while back.

I've been supposed to be getting Private Eye since the start of the year (always appears on my No R numbers list) but have never received a copy. Told them about it a few times but they don't seem to be worried about its non appearance!
  • I have just started doing the surveys again after a break of a year. I have some SMARTs to return to them but haven't received a SMART return envelope. Could anyone tell me if the address on this envelope is the same as the one we return our postal items in, please? That way I could send them back at the same time. Thanks

It's the same address but says (SMART) after Kantar.
It does have a different business reply number in the corner of the envelope. I don't know how important that is though

You can request them from the website (Request Stationery on the menu bar) or wait for your next weekly mailing pack which should include one.

If you are looking for the plastic smart return envelopes . . . they are now metallised paper ones.

I had a card left to say I had to collect an item with insufficient postage. It was a survey item and I had to shell out to collect it. When I reported it received, there was no information required about postmark .

Has this happened to anyone else and did you get reimbursement automatically, or do you have to claim it?

I've searched this thread but couldn't find anything.
