I had a card left to say I had to collect an item with insufficient postage. It was a survey item and I had to shell out to collect it. When I reported it received, there was no information required about postmark .

Has this happened to anyone else and did you get reimbursement automatically, or do you have to claim it?

I've searched this thread but couldn't find anything.

When I had mine like that, I sent them an email, explaining re under estimated the post, and I had a book of 12 stamps send,

  • Thanks all. I had already requested envelopes but have now re-read the blurb they sent when they re-registered me and it says to return them in the large weekly envelope so I've done that. A few things have changed since I last did it so I was a bit confused but should have read the new instructions better!

That sounds wrong, SMARTS should not go into the large grey envelopes at all, each week you should receive a little white smart envelope for returning SMARTS separately:)

which postal survey are you doing?

It's correctly delivered. But it's ok the button suddenly appeared before my eyes, not sure if had always been there or not as it said the site was having problems - thanks.

I've been supposed to be getting Private Eye since the start of the year (always appears on my No R numbers list) but have never received a copy. Told them about it a few times but they don't seem to be worried about its non appearance!

I am supposed to be getting New Media Age magazine, but as yet not received any in the past 3 months.

He'll think he's losing trade if you start getting "Home Grown" magazine.

Come on people, it's not difficult: lose means to be unable to find, loose means not being fixed in place. So if you have a hole in your pocket you might lose your loose change.

What's the odds he thinks you should get out more?

I get Farmers Weekly, which is very handy given I live in central london on 2nd floor and don't even have a window box, closest i get to farming is buying vine tomatos and I ain't even doing that right given this e coli business.

Anyone new to the RM surveys should read the "News & Information" page on the website and even those of us who have been doing it for some time might learn something new! They have just explained everything you need to know about Smarts - should save them lots of time from dealing with those queries.

It's good to see they have listened to suggestions and are now giving more information.

I have been waiting to rejoin for a few years now. I check back a couple of times a week and it still says they are not currently recruiting.
