Is anyone else doing a postal survey & having trouble finding out where to record the received mail? Although I've done loads of these things I'm completely baffled. Is it me just having another moment?

Could someone please help me? I'm new to posting on here so I hope I get this right. I have just received magazines and don't know whether I send back the paperwork info with R- number with the magazines or just the paper work and keep the mags. I've looked through the FAQ's and training online on the site but can't find the answer....I've probably overlooked it. Hope someone can help. Thanks in advance.

If the magazine takes your fancy...its fimne to keep it...otherwise you can send it back with the cover sheet..either way as long as the coversheet gets back

I just thought it was a lot of weight for probably no purpose....one of them is 3 mags in 1 that really looks like the junk you get in your sunday paper....just seemed to make sense to just send the info they need. Thanks for your quick and helpful reply.

p.s. I got a malteser bunny at easter, 2 lots of collectable stamps and won a £10 draw so I'm a very happy participant.

You'll also need to send a photocopy of the front cover of the magazine, or else rip off and send back the front cover - that's what Joanne told me way back when I phoned the helpline to ask the very same question :)

With all the magazines I have received I have never had to rip-off front or back covers and I have never photocopied them either. I simply return the plastic cover it came in. I have never been queried about it either.
