i have been suffering with depression for the last few months and have contacted royal mail to tell them i dont want to be part of it anymore as it is getting me down i have returned all the stuff etc but still keep getting things through to log, i have sort of lost a bit of purpose on some things in life and this is getting me down even more.

rather than keep recording them can i just send them back to them, as i feel that this is not helping my recovery.

please can anyone advise please i have emailed them several times but yet to receive a response and at this present moment in time not really wanting to speak to anyone on the phone,

    Thanks

I managed to finally register my details yesterday on the sign up link. My mum tried 30 mins later and it was closed again. It said I would shortly receive an email confirming my registration (not yet received) and a welcome pack in the post in the next few days. Do you think I am in? Can't help thinking it was some kind of glitch as they don't seem to have recruited for ages..

Could you ask someone else to ring on your behalf? If not, if you don't mind pm - ing me your details , I'd be happy to ring them for you. I'm surprised they haven't emailed you back, I usually find them pretty good at communicating.

If you just put the letters in a grey envelope and send them back, they will get archived, the envelopes aren't usually opened. So return them in a different envelope with a note. Don't keep recording them or they will think you wish to carry on.

But I'll gladly ring if you can't find anyone else to do it for you.

    Hi Pink lady 66,
A shame your not feeling so good - hopefully this will pass soon...
The survey must feel overwelming for you at the moment, so that is good that you have decided to stop it.

    Take carol

    Hi,

I have read on here that you can sell your stamps back to Royal Mail, could you please let me know where you go to do this. I have asked at my local Post Office and they did not know.

    Thanks
Thanks for any help and advice given
