£10 win today on daily prize. Not had one for a long time so good start to the week.

Had a surprise when entering received mail. Received one from Jersey and immediately after entering details it was showing a query to be resolved for that item. At least I could confirm what I had entered without having to think about it!

YAY another winner - well done :j

Anyone help please yesterday in post i had confirmation of subscription of country living magazine, saying thanks for your payment your magazines will arrive on ?????? when I have not subscribed it gives me a subscriber number and when i log onto the quality magazines site it states i have a subscription !!!!! i know it must be through royal mail surveys as i use a slightly different address and name scenario, anyone else had this i am not too happy on having this sent, plus it is strang since i have been doing this survey i have been getting alot of other junk mail that is not on the survey in the same address and i know it is not me ordering it, I am going to be giving up on the royal mail survey next month as with all the posting and recording i am having to do it is not worth the stamps they send you, it is taking me ages and i just dont have the time.

I've supposed to be getting copies of Private Eye (since December!) but nothing has arrived. I've told them about it once and they took the outstanding issues off my expected list but new ones keep appearing on there. Really annoying as I'd like to be reading them!

I also have various items on the "expected" list at the moment but this happens all the time and I never receive the items.

I suggest that the list is prepared and comes up on everyones list but only certain people will receive them.

In fact, I very rarely look at that list unless something comes in the post and I need to check whether it is a RM item. There has never been any query from RM about the non-arrival.

I'm the same but over the last few weeks I've been getting "we think there might be outstanding items" messages from them and the only think I can think they're related to are these missing magazines.

I have received exactly the same thing today as well. I haven't been onto the website to check the subscription but will do it now, then phone & see what is going on!

Sorry you are going to leave though. I find it only takes a few minutes a few times a week but I am lucky where my post boxes are situated. Right, I'm off to look into this subscription

Edit: Just checked the survey site and this magazine is listed under items I should be receiving shortly. Checked bank and no extra direct debits/payments listed, so presume all is well! I think they could have let us know that this letter was coming though.
