I was asked for 3 SMARTS back, but I did have them. The site was down for "system maintenance" yesterday. I wonder if it is connected.
Come on people, it's not difficult: lose means to be unable to find, loose means not being fixed in place. So if you have a hole in your pocket you might lose your loose change.

I had a letter yesterday that I need to enter but it has been opened (sliced along the top with knife or letter opener) and sellotaped back up again. I'd hazard a guess that the sender forgot the smart.

Do I enter it as undamaged or other? I'm thinking that it isn't actually damaged ....... IYSWIM....

I had crumbs stuck all over the insert . That was really gross _pale_

Dont tell R.I. or they'll take you off the survey(they might take it as a postie's done it),enter it as undamaged

That is what I was thinking. I am certain the sender has forgotten the smart. I have done it myself but I always put a little note in to say "opened and resealed by sender" so there is no doubt.

    Hallo

I have not received any post to log this week which is very unusual. Had 3 to post and have 5 for next week requiring Smarts for 4 but I have no Smarts in stock. Is this usual in your experiance? Perhaps I will get lots delivered tomorrow! Also doing the correctly delivered survey shortly :j(maybe my post is all going next door!)

No, it's not unusual to to not receive any. I have had this before. You are still posting, so still ok :). If you have no smarts, I think if I remember rightly, that when you prepare the post it asks you if you put a smart in with the item. just click no if you haven't got any.

  • At least it appears that I haven't been the only one affected by 'phantom SMARTS'
When you question your sanity as to why you don't have any in your plastic folder, but they've requested some.....

Thank heck its not just not me, for some reason trying to get next weeks posting got in such a muddle with the smarts, I've opened the post about 3 times, but have attached a little sorry note to the smart, - hence covers my mistake, plus the reciever, so they don't get knicked off when its an innoncent error. xx

  • does anybody else recieve extra mailings from a company (initials BH) which arnt 'official'? for example i recieved last week one which was on my list of recieved mailings, the following day i recieved 2 more exactly the same & the next day got another & today yet another.

i am thinking they have added me to their 'normal' mailing list, i have never, & would never buy from this company so i know i have not given them my details. dont know whether to inform RI about it, dont want to risk being taken off the the survey but getting p...ed off with the extra mail as i have to keep hold of it & keep checking to see if it is one of my test items.

anyone else? any advice? thanks x
