I am a little confused. I keep getting a red square showing on a box called correctly delivered. What is this for? I haven't recieved any mail for the last 3 days so just put 0 in. Am I doing a survey? I remember being invited a few weeks ago but when I clicked on it it said it was full.

You are doing the correctly delivered survey. You would log all mail, not just test post.

Somehow you have got through despite the message saying it was full. If you click on the box it will then take you to the next screen where it will show you the dates that you are doing the survey for.

As they are very hit and miss when they are sent out I would suggest we all keep a record.

I definitely had two in Jan (Dec & Jan) because I remember chuckling because the second one came with the Dec compliments slip again. I agree though with keeping note and will do so in my diary from now on, although I don't think I have missed any.

I have an item to send which should have a SMART included, but I do not have any SMARTs left in my stock. What do I do?


If you have an item to send with a SMART, but do not have any SMARTs left in your stock, send the item as requested, but without a SMART, and when entering the sent information online, click on the drop down list and select the ‘None Added’ option.

Please note: If you have completed stage one of the data-entry process (‘Ready for Posting’) indicating that a SMART has been included with the item but you do not have that SMART, you will not be able to change your entry. In this event, please post the item as if the SMART had been included and complete the data-entry as usual. Please do not enclose any other SMARTs in the item.

I think i've got them all..........

I've got 11 of them and on hol next week so nothing to post and just checked site and they want none back.......... So i guess the week after that i'll be busy :eek:

I have not received any post to log this week which is very unusual. Had 3 to post and have 5 for next week requiring Smarts for 4 but I have no Smarts in stock. Is this usual in your experiance? Perhaps I will get lots delivered tomorrow! Also doing the correctly delivered survey shortly :j(maybe my post is all going next door!)

you're not alone with not getting any mail this week. I had at least one thing each day last week, but not much for this week. The one thing I did receive, I can't input into the system. I was send someone else's R-label sticker on the insert. Easily enough done I suppose, but I'll be sending it back unrecorded.

Also, I have SMARTS to return which surprises me. I have none, so was confused where the ones listed have come from.
Anyone else had this recently?

I too have just had to return a smart I don't have. Very strange.
