I have just phoned them as i am very confused.

Today i logged on as i was completing a survey and in my posting profile i have got 2 weeks of samples to post. I clicked on return smarts and the entry is blank.

I got through to a nice lady who informs me i have not been taken off, some of us are now receivers, the others are senders.

We will still be getting stamps each month :j but won't be required to post anything.

The reason being, if they get a problem at a delivery and or sorting office, every pannellist in that area will be made for a short time receivers only. once the problem is rectified they will become senders and other areas will become receivers.

I was worried in case i had done something wrong.

Thanks so much, never realised thi is what heppend. Again they never really explained anything and I have been recieving lot of mail and never realising.
BIG THANKS ! for clearing things up, wish you were in charge .

SKIPTON....could you remove the reference in your post above for where the mail comes from....this thread is read by other panel members and also post office workers...in disclosing where you are receiving mail from you may be compromising details of the panel.....thank you

    Hi there

I have been a member of the surveys for about a month or so now and I have a questions I was hoping someone could help me with please.

I have been sending items quiet happily and think I am doing it all ok. I have now started to get smarts and have been attaching them as per instructed ok to.

I have however only just started to receive items and I understand about going it to enter received items click on when it arrived, time date stamp etc etc.

What I am not sure of is in the envelope there is a white slip with my details on and and R number on it. It says on this sheet of paper

Receiving Panellist: aftr checking and recording the information below please put this insert back inside the test item envelope before returning it to research international.

I am a bit unsure of this do they basically want me to put it back in the envelope it came in along with the smarts (if there is any) and stick a label over my address and another stamp on it and send it back to them

    Is that right?

Sorry if it sounds a bit thick

put the insert back into the envelope(DO NOT PUT ANY SMARTS IN,YOU KEEP THOSE TO USE IN TEST ITEMS YOU SEND OUT IF THEY WANT YOU TO INCLUDE ONE,UNLESS THEY ASK YOU TO SEND ANY BACK IN THE SMART ENVELOPES)and put into the big grey enveloped, along with any other test items you receive, and send them back every friday.Do you understand that?if not just ask by pm if you like.

Thank you so much vvvv. I didnt think I had it right as I coulnt see how I was to re stamp it and use the stamps they give to me and also the same envelope so I knew I had it wrong somewhere.

You have been most helpful. I didnt want to end up getting taken off the panel for doing it wrong as the stamps are coming in really handy.

Another quick question if you wouldnt mind. I had 2 items appearing on my schedule for this week but they never arrived so how do I get rid of these as I doesnt give you the option to say you havent received the items to be able to post out.

    Thanks

Do you mean items you should have sent out have'nt arrived? OR you have'nt received 2 items that should have been sent to you like magazines?

p.s. you never have to use the stamps they send you
