Think they've surpassed themselves with my SMARTS this time, they sent me one to use then immediately recalled it! I assume it wasn't supposed to be sent out and someone realised the mistake!

Have just prepared this and next week's batches, and realise that the list online is in a different order to the paper one! I was on such a roll that I didn't notice so have now had to go back and unseal 3 of my envelopes to change over the smarts. I don't quite understand why the paper and online ones have to be different, I would assume them to come from the same database - maybe just trying to catch me out for accuracy! Serves me right for trying to be so organised!

So if you receive an envelope that's stuck down with sellotape, that'll be me!

Sorry you are no longer getting stamps etc. You have got the right attitude it is not personal
You are still eligible for correctly delivered so keep checking the site for invitations :)
I have just phoned them as i am very confused.

On friday i got a phone call telling me not to post any more items, I also received 2 weeks worth of samples to post.

Today i logged on as i was completing a survey and in my posting profile i have got 2 weeks of samples to post. I clicked on return smarts and the entry is blank.

I got through to a nice lady who informs me i have not been taken off, some of us are now receivers, the others are senders.

We will still be getting stamps each month :j but won't be required to post anything.

The reason being, if they get a problem at a delivery and or sorting office, every pannellist in that area will be made for a short time receivers only. once the problem is rectified they will become senders and other areas will become receivers.

I was worried in case i had done something wrong.

I have been a member for over 2 years and this is the first time I have heard of "receivers and senders".

Sounds as if certain areas have big problems with post.

Its happened to me before as well, the paper copy gets printed in advance, and the computer set done nearer the posting time, - so its more accurate, I usually do the stickers and addresses then leave the smarts till the weekend before x

I had that last month. This is the reply I got:

I’m sorry this is an error on our side, it seems to be a sticky query.

I have now resolved the query for you.

Should you come across this problem again, please click onto ‘amend’, click onto another date then click back onto the actual date of the query, this should work for you.
