When i complained they said there was nothing they could do only take me off the survey for complaining Bl00dy cheek !!!! We arent in the wrong yet they threaten to chuck me off for complaining that someone was writing dates and times on envelopes and leaving it open for my postie to know what I was up to :mad::mad::mad::mad:

Hi I have just completed my trial and started to post real items this week, I have just got my next 2 weeks of test items to prepare. I have just received a phone call from Kantar telling me not to post out my test samples. I can keep and use the envolopes but when i get 6 smarts i am to return them.

In effect i am being kicked off the survey. I do not know what i have done wrong. I have never written anything on the test envolopes to give the game away I have alwat#ys prepared and sent them on time.

HAs anyone else received this?

I never write on the envelopes but just use the schedule sent to me. I have received mail with all the 'bits' written on and more than one occassion from the same person as I recognised the writing! Also surprised sometimes that mail has actually been delivered as the writing has been that bad (not same person as above)

Not right to be thrown off when you have complained about anyone. Nothing to say that the postie even bothered to notice it! I don't think they could deliver specially to panel members it would take too long to sort the mail.

I received an email today telling me that there is a new procedure and that I shouldn't send on any recieved items and just return the smart cards to them. It asks me to continue to prep them etc as normal but not to send them???

Has anyone else had this or have I done something????

TRUST NO1 & MAXIMUM IMPACT & others who have recieved the " no longer required email ".

I too had the same email saying I was no longer required.
Maybe they are cutting back or wanting new members.
Just dont take it personally, the way I look at it is I get free envelopes with stamps on them !
I got this email about 4weeks ago yet am still getting a lot of mail in from senders, which is annoying as I no longer get anything for returning the smarts I am recieving.
Apart from that ,it was ok when it lasted .

Sorry you are no longer getting stamps etc. You have got the right attitude it is not personal
You are still eligible for correctly delivered so keep checking the site for invitations

ok many thanks, I was worried. As i have only just started, I did have my 1st welcome pack go missing so was worried someone had seen it and reported that i was on the panel.

Would we still be eligible for the daily prize draw?
