I always get queries about post as my nearest postbox is only emptied when the van can be bothered to stop. In the snow I watched him drive past it each day not stopping to even change the day on the box. There was no reason not to stop except he was running late. Always feel really bad about it not being collected as it is outside a nursing home and it is used a lot.

This is the reason that Royal Mail have these constant surveys to monitor post boxes, they should take action eventually I would hope

But they don't do anything about it, there is a box around the corner from me and that only gets emptied when he postie can be bothered. I have gone past the box and there have been letters poking out the top, I have tried sometimes to push them down thinking that someone didn't put it in properly. I have reporeted this box and nothing is done about it. I use this box for the survey mail and let Kantar know about it.

It appears to be a bit hit and miss. As I have seen before that some get 'bonuses' and others don't. I don't know the answer to that one - not something I would ask them either! :o

I booked a week off this week because we were going to see family before Christmas. We can't go because they are well and truly snowed in but at least I don't have to go out to post - well DH is doing my postings for me at the moment because I am recovering from surgery so at least he doesn't have to go out :D.

I received a book of Christmas stamps but no large letter ones, I did receive a diary though, so not moaning. I don't really use the large ones anyway, must get round to ebaying them!
