Don't want to sound greedy but can anyone remember if last year we had our normal stamp incentive for December with the Christmas pack as an extra?
I have received normal incentives w/c 13th Sept, 11th Oct, 1st Nov. The special commemorative pack w/c 22nd Nov and a pack of 12 1st class Christmas ones w/c 6th Dec.
I have today received posting pack for 2 weeks till end of December so that would mean nothing now till January.
Is everyone else the same?

Anyhow, weather and all, I don't know whether to be worried about staying on this panel now.
It seems every week I have a query as to have I been correctly logging mail on the system, or posting at the time I have. I'm sure one week I had 2 queries.
I've recently had another e-mail query to do with something received. Surely they would have given allowances for late arrivals due to snow? This one took me by surprise I'll admit.
Does anyone else have this on a regular basis? With or without weather delays?
I have had one today checking an arrival. I will almost certainly get another as a first class received today has took 10 days to get here, we don't have any snow! (Couldn't see where it came from though).
I have only had possibly half a dozen queries in the last 12 months. It could be that someone who sends to you is not posting on the correct day? (I find I have regular people who my mail is sent to)
Postie told me today there is tons needing sorting but not enough staff to do it!! :mad:0 -
Hi 82much,
it could just be my area with mail, but I do get VERY regular queries for posting and receiving after having started so well as well. My post that came today was over a week in coming so I guess I'll be expecting something for that to be questioned as well.
Maybe I'm just paranoid though - the stamps come in handy. I don't really want to stop getting them.
And I'm waiting for the posting pack for next week actually. Still early yet for that though.I'm not a complete idiot!........... Pieces of me are missing :rotfl:0 -
I also got large stamps that were about the size of stamps for large letters, but did not say large on the stamps. Found them on the internet, they were issued in 2005 before the large letter etc system was introduced. Back then the Christmas stamps were all made bigger than the normal stamps but had the same value. Someone had a clear out of old stock.
That's interesting - thought I had seen them before!0 -

That is exactly what I have received.
Looks as though because we were sent a special pack this month they are only sending 12 Christmas stamps as the monthly incentive.0 -

I never used to receive queries but over the last few months they seem to have increased and already had a few in the last couple of days because of the weather I am sure.
Certainly one of my regular boxes was apparently not emptied for a few days last week - the day wasn't altered and you could tell the box was fairly full.
My posting pack for 21 Dec to 30 Dec arrived today which is early for me!0 -

I didn't get any christmas stamps yet - my posting pack for w/c 6 Dec had no stamps in, nor my one for this week. Last thing I got was the mammals stamps. I didn't get a note saying the monthly incentive stamps were enclosed, so I was wondering if everyone has had theirs for this month and if we all get Christmas stamps?
I did get a diary if that has any relevance? Do we all get one?Debt at highest: £8k. Debt Free 31/12/2009. Original MFD May 2036, MF Dec 2018.0 -
I always get queries about post as my nearest postbox is only emptied when the van can be bothered to stop. In the snow I watched him drive past it each day not stopping to even change the day on the box. There was no reason not to stop except he was running late. Always feel really bad about it not being collected as it is outside a nursing home and it is used a lot.0

This is the reason that Royal Mail have these constant surveys to monitor post boxes, they should take action eventually I would hope0
