Do they need smarts? Not all postings need smarts!

Just had a misdelivery survey on my page - may be worth checking?

It says to use smarts, but i haven't received the envolopes or the stamps either yet. I'm hoping they will turn up before friday.

Might be worth phoning them tomorrow, as I received my details for next week together with the ones for this week.

Oh no I thought yesterday was Wednesday and posted my Wednesday letter it was only later that I realised it was only Tuesday glad the school holidays are over now

I received the posting pack today with my stamps, inside were 2 smarts and 2 packets plus the poster sheets.

I thought i was supposed to receive a smart tag holder to store my unsed smarts in or has this stopped?

I also thought i was supposed to be receiving an envolope to return any extra smarts in.

When you sing in you will see a misdelivery section on your daily tasks you fill this in. I think they do remind you

I had a plastic wallet for smarts when I started 5 years ago. Usually in the posting pack is one large plastic envelope for received post and a small white foil lined envelope for returning smarts but don't worry if you have not got them just send them an e-mail

They do e mail you a reminder and it will be listed in your daily tasks
