Thanks for your help. I was wondering why I hadn't heard anything, two weeks after the trial period and have now had an email saying the usual -

We are currently revising our panel coverage and unfortunately at the moment we no longer require you to post and receive test-items on our behalf.

So guess I won't be needing your help after all. I'll come back and tell me if they come back to me!

The funny thing was I only applied because someone said they didn't need people but would send you a couple of books of stamps just for applying and that was about 18 months ago and that's how long they took to actually come back to me and ask me to do it.

I'm doing this now, but didn't receive my first lot so now am very confused! The things that are sent to me I have entered on the system, do I now have to send them back to Kantar? Someone said something about a big grey envelope or something - I haven't had one of these, but as I said have had test things sent to me with smarts in - what do I do now??!!?? (entered on system but still waiting for anything that I have to send to anyone, so very confused!!!)

If you log in, there is a link, manage my smarts, click that and if any are red they need to be sent back.

On one of the other links, there is one request stationary, click that and order "smart" envelopes and the grey ones, you should have some stickers with a bar code, they go on the big grey envelopes only x

Dont worry youll soon get the hang of it.

Any mail that comes to you with your test initials, gets sent back to Kantar in the large plastic envelope, every week. I usually post mine back on a Friday. The envelopes are included in the packs sent out to you from Kantar which contain the envelopes that you post out to other people.

Keep hold of the smarts, if an item you have to post needs a smart, stick it in, and log that you have included the smart on the site.

Also, click on Manage my smarts, and if any are highlighted in red, then they need to be returned to Kantar. Again envelopes will be provided in the brown envelope sent out to you with your posting pack. Its a small envelope and indicates its for smarts on the back.

I think the problem is that I haven't received anything in the post from Kantar yet - only three separate things (two of which included smarts) from other tester people. I've emailed them about this but haven't heard anything back - so as far as I know I don't have anything to post, but on the system there are things that I should have prepared and posted by now - am I going crazy or would this make sense if I had had something from Kantar?? Am I missing a 'posting pack' or something??
    (Thanks folks!!)
