Thank you for your continued participation in the Royal mail Postal Survey – your contribution is greatly appreciated.
One aspect of the survey which is of particular importance is the speed with which we are able to deliver our results to Royal Mail – the quicker we are able to do this, the more effective we are at highlighting problems within the postal system.
According to our records, there are a number of items which have been scheduled to be sent / received by you in week 28 (week commencing 6th July) which have not been entered as sent / received via our Internet Data Entry website. We would be most grateful if you could update the website with any outstanding sent / received items at the earliest opportunity so that we can include details of these items in our next set of results. You can access our website at http://rmsurveys.research-int.com
Remember, each day that you log-in to the website, you will be entered into our Daily Prize Draw with the chance to be one of fourteen panellists to win £10 Love2Shop vouchers.

I got the same email from them but I had contacted them as it was the week they didn't send me any envelopes and they told me not to bother posting them with my own stationary! Bit annoyed that they sent that email after telling me they would make a note of the fact that I wasn't meant to post them!2008: £783.12 - 2009: £6,401.15 - 2010: £4,230.61 - 2011: £8720 - 2012: £2,041.89
2013: £134.960 -
Can anyone help?
I'm new to the RM Surveys, and after a couple of weeks of not having instructions?!?, I've finally had them, and two test letters to sent, the first one being posted today.
Now, i'm trying to register that i've posted it, but when I put in my postbox code, i'm going round in circles.
I've registered the postbox, and its recognised it - but when I go to say i've posted the letter, it asks me to register the postbox! and so on!
Am I being blonde?, or should I email them?:beer:0
