    Can anyone help?
I'm new to the RM Surveys, and after a couple of weeks of not having instructions?!?, I've finally had them, and two test letters to sent, the first one being posted today.
Now, i'm trying to register that i've posted it, but when I put in my postbox code, i'm going round in circles.
I've registered the postbox, and its recognised it - but when I go to say i've posted the letter, it asks me to register the postbox! and so on!

Am I being blonde?, or should I email them?

Email them or ring them and Joanne will be able to help you

Hi all. I used to do the RM survey until I was part of those who were booted off as they were cost cutting a while back. I haven't been on the board for a while... has anyone here been booted and then joined successfully again? Just wondered if it was worth trying again!

Yes that happened to me and someone else I know quite recently. We were both booted off about a year ago and then a few weeks ago we received emails from Research International, asking us if we wanted to rejoin the Panel. We had to go through the Training period again, but it only lasted for two weeks rather than the usual 1 month (I guess because we were already experienced with the study before!). I was pleasantly surprised, because I didn't think I would ever hear from RI again, so don't give up hope! HTH

the box that says register the postbox is a pulldown - if you click it you should see your post box in the list of post boxes to choose from.

After doing the survey for 3 years, I was booted off last month for reporting that Royal Mail had opened one of my letters

    That unfortunate
The moral of this story is, don't tell RI anything they dont need to know.
