Royal Mail Surveys

Hi, I have not had that problem before but when I have had a problem I have never had a reply from their email help service.
I am surprised at that. I have always had a reply within a day or so if I have e-mailed them. I find it easier to send an e-mail as they have restricted opening hours for the telephone.0 -
Just a quickie, just wondering if anyone did a misdelievery survey, the start of the summer hols, usually the voucher payment arrives within 2 weeks, wasn't sure if it was me?
I have been waiting unusually as you say for a number of weeks myself for my vouchers, I also thought that it might be just "me" :cool:0 -
I did the mis delivery at the end of July/start of August and I got my vouchers about 2 weeks later so do contact them about it!0

In the nicest of ways glad its just not me, part of me feels like I'm being fussy by asking over £6, but did the survey, and dds birthday end of month, she asked if she could use her bday/xmas money for dsXL, but thought great bday present....... saw the one advertised on tv for £99 but no the XL £160 in Argos, been busy saving vouchers so every pound helps xxxx rip dad... we had our ups and downs but we’re always be family xx0 -

Just thought to poke my nose in here again, Hi!
Anyway, has anyone else noticed that they are sending mail repeatedly to the same person? I'm sure now I've send 2 things to one person, and 3 things to another!
I notice that most people on here get excited about the miss-delivery surveys, but what about the correctly delivered ones? Are they just not quite as exciting to get? :rotfl:I'm not a complete idiot!........... Pieces of me are missing :rotfl:0 -

Have to have a look at the postings going out, you've got me wondering now, I've just been away for 2 weeks, time booked off, came back and had 10 letters....... 5 were from the same business.
I can only guess that there must be certain areas that are takeing longer, and the amount of us that are doing it.....xx rip dad... we had our ups and downs but we’re always be family xx0 -
A few posts back someone was talking about Unex and t he overseas surbeys. I emailed and got a reply back from Joanne.
She said she will pass my details on but if I can do the Unex then I can't continue on the main survey so be careful folks.
I don't mind if I finish as I have work coming out of my ears and I mystery shop the Post Office and get all my stamps but I know some of you love doing this and find the stamps so handy so think twice before applying....
hth
I should have said if you do Unex then you cannot continue on the Royal Mail. Just spoke to Unex. It's £8 to send and receive and £6 to either send or just receive in Love to shop vouchers.

Just heard on the news that they want to privatise RM. I guess that will eventually stop the survey?
What do you think?
