Oh dear, don't know if I am being paranoid or not but our brilliant postie has been moved to a different round. He would barely even give me a hello the other morning, when normally he was really friendly. Now I am panicing that following survey results I have logged he has been moved because of it.
The thing is our service was terrible before we had him, as we just got whoever had finished their own round for over 2 years! I'm wondering if it takes a while to process data, info has been passed back to bosses who have looked at whose round it was and he has got the blame, even though he wasn't here when it was bad. The thing is now he has gone again it has gone back to being terrible and I'm having more mis deliveries than I am my own post!!!

I NEVER want to loose our regular Postie he's fabulous and courteous and always bang on time, 10.00 am.
Wish I had the courage to ask his name as I certainly would put in a good word for him to express how good he is.** Freebies and money saved with the help of you all? - Don't know ....lost count! **** Stay Safe **0 -
I have had quite a few 'before 10 am' to post, I always post them round about 5.30 - 6.00 am and always get a query stating that the time I have posted seems a bit early and to confirm if this is correct.Like good food and drink?

How would they know it was posted that early?

When you record the time of posting. There is one box near me which sometimes lies unemptied for two or three days.
The first collection used to be 6 am, when I stayed in Glasgow, up here it was about the same time.Like good food and drink?

I remember doing 4 am postings, only because I started work at 6 and I had to take the dog out for a walk, and always got queries from Kantar stating that 4 4.30 is very early please confirm that this is correct.Like good food and drink?
