I've been doing the parcel survey thing , I got my receive pack dated the 19th February , but no parcel yet
is that normal ?? I've only been doing it since December

My last receiver pack was dated 25 February and I received the actual parcel this Monday so surprised yours hasn't arrived but perhaps whoever was due to send it wasn't able to do it on the actual day.

Might be worth contacting them in case something has gone wrong.
