The parcel is certainly big and awkward to carry but I wouldn't call it heavy as it is just a large block of foam type material. Annoying it arrived when you were on holiday. Remember you still have to post it when you receive the instructions!!.
Take it all back about not being heavy. Had a 2nd one delivered yesterday and boy is that one heavy. Even had trouble getting it indoors!!
This looked like it had new contents so wonder if they are using a different kind of "foam" insert. Certainly need to use a car to get to the PO.0 -

Just got back from 3 weeks holiday and was still reading the thread about how they still send you post to send and receive despite telling them you are away and low and behold I have tons and tons.
I see they are still using the double initials so I don't think my task will be too bad.The art is not in making money, but in keeping it!!!0 -
Mines started coming through with the single initial. xxx rip dad... we had our ups and downs but we’re always be family xx0

Hi I've got a Home Shopping Direct booklet in my received items. On the nearly final page it asks do these numbers appear on the envelope 638 63818 6381
I've got 63810
I would tend to put 'no' as my answer, has anyone else asked the question of RMS?0 -

I don't think you need to ask them, the answer is no, if you only have the other 3 options. I usually have about 7 options when entering items without an R no.0 -

If you contact the lovely Joanne, you may find she just tells you to send everything back without entering it on the system or posting it.0
