    I like that. But can you add in Januray, £150,501.

    Why when he said from the low point in February ?

    How about just accept the fact a few more higher value houses are being shifted?

    quite simple really - they'll go down as well.

    let's see if the Graham of the world thinks the facts are bolox then... :rolleyes:
