Erm, the morons are the ones expecting a 70% drop. That is moronic, thus morons. It has nothing to do with whether you own or not, it's about... well being a moron really.
And for the last paragrapgh, dry your eyes, I started posting in the mortgages section when my fixed deal was coming to an end, and got directed over here as well. Yes. Lots. Nearly every single post infact.
Well, you got that one wrong, again. Maybe it was just another lie, or maybe it's the usual tactic of "lolol he has 5 accounts"This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
Great. Offtopic and descended into a slanging match within ten posts. This board is becoming so tiresome.poppy100

Don't blame me, just responding to abuse and accusations from the usual suspects.
Edit: Anyway, the whole thread can be read in cleavers post

A question, I notice that affordabilty is below the long term average (even though house prices are rising
) especially compared to the late 80's early 90's  Is this index (Nationwide) just based on FTBers or all mortgage holders costs ?
BTW, great to have you back Cleaver, you nearly make up for all those missing ones 'Just think for a moment what a prospect that is. A single market without barriers visible or invisible giving you direct and unhindered access to the purchasing power of over 300 million of the worlds wealthiest and most prosperous people' Margaret Thatcher0 -
Beware the bull trap.
Frankly a measly 0.9% rise in the middle of the spring bounce is rather pathetic. Just think on a few months and the cold winter nights and the monthly prices drops of 2 or 3%. Those mugs who buy now will be regretting it then. :TKrusty & Phil Madoff, 1990 - 2007:
