I like the humerous observations, some are getting a little predictable though.

He got 57 thanks, so far!! I'm thinking Ricky Gervais in Extras, playing the comedy character he actually hates.. but the public love it. I tell you.. I've wasted my time on here, or missed a trick somewhere. Surely to God, no one has that many thanking buddies?

I'm quite interested in the Qashqai. Is it true it has the convenience, ride height, and safety of a 4x4, but with the handling and fuel consumption of a car?

Also are the 1.6s really slow?

My dad's is his London to country car. Its fine in London in the evenings, and for pootling round lanes here. Its good for him, the fuel consumption IS excellent, but he's finding it slow ( last car Audi 8, so very different vehicle) on the motorway stretches. I think its ok as a crossover, just, its not for me. :) Can't remember what engine size is, his will be the biggest ;) and its diesel

Firstly, you should (almost) always thank someone you quote (as Cleaver does), it makes people think what a nice guy!
Secondly you need a flirt buddy. I'm talking women here. Not fungus fighter. Guys like to associate with the Alpha male and women want to bed him.

Shall I continue with this? Or have you seen my thank count?

Thirdly, you should avoid disagreeing with people. People have long memories and only the more intelligent posters will thank an opposing point of view, the rest assume a higher thank count means you've 'won' the argument.

Fourth, avoid stating opinion, someone won't share your view and again they have long memories. This can be achieved through funny anecdotes or observations.

    I'll go on...don't disagree...I have a long memory...

I had written a whole piece about brand development. It included a section on how to gain an clan of followers willing to defend you, so you needn't dirty your own brand. It touched on the teachings of Machiavelli and a plethora of other famous individuals throughout history.
However in one cruel act, the computer timed me out, and the post is now lost.

Shame, it was a brilliant piece, worthy of Machiavelli himself.
