I would love to see some figures from these [STRIKE]suckers[/STRIKE] prospective buyers:-

• cost of purchase
• cost of maintenance/other annual outgoings

The few that i have seen make the whole thing look laughably uneconomic compared to just bookinga place for a week or two....

The thread is still running , as you posting in support of him has just proven.
I'm not sure how you'd know he's not listening ?
He's certainly not able to post himself as he's been PPR d ( posting privileges removed)
He posted infrequently over a two year period - much like yourself who's been a member since 2008?

to be fair to Robert, when we looked at this lot he did warn us that the product was next to worthless and that people sold of theirs at almost nothing.

We did go on a Free Holiday to Hustyns which we enjoyed.. The other group in our party went to the presentation and easily fobbed of the very persistent sales people.

What was strange is that I spoke to my boss who is a CLC member and he's been trying to get a booking at Hustyns for ages but it's always been full.. Presumably so that non members can be offered free holidays so they can sell them the 'Fractional Ownership' thing.

I have no need to bolster up " Roberts " reputation( he runs a holiday club).
He has been banned from this site.
He advertises club la Costa holidays on his own site.
He's tried to promote his own businesses on mse ( more than one!)

So what if I've only had a few posts in 6 years? Who are you to deem what an acceptable yearly post count is?

You obviously have a problem with this guy.. I've just had a few emails from him pointing me in the direction of his website and warning me of the fractional ownership scheme. Quite helpful really as it really put us of looking into CLC more closely.

People are rightly wary of posters on this board who pop up infrequently in support of someone who's been banned from the mse board. Why was he banned do you know as you've been following this thread. And no, I don't have a personal problem with him.
Yes, it is quite helpful of him to point you in the direction of his website selling holiday club holidays- helpful for his wallet I imagine.
