Dont forget the golden rule. Never buy anything from an unsolicited marketing attempt, whether it be via the post or being cold called.0

I am a member of CLC, we started with the trial membership for £3995.00 and we got a package for 5 weeks of holiday anywhere in europe or UK which we have to use in 3 years. We also got 2 weeks free with flights enclusive.
The resorts are 5* and you can get all inclusive for £18.00 per day per adult or 9.00 per child which entitles you to eat and drink at their resturants without limitation. We are a family of 6, four kidstherefore holidays are much more expensive than this. Usually for 3* hotel we pay arround £1200.00, so yes if you are a large family than is worth it you can get a quality holiday for less then anywhere else.

Yawn, another 1 post wonder stooge trying to keep the scam alive and lure more gullible fools.0 -
Not much to add to this other than I got a phonecall from this company esterday, telling me I'd won a competition for a free holiday and all I needed to do was provide some details. It took me a second or two (just long enough for the lass to go through her opening spiel) to link the company name she gave and this thread, at which point I politely asked her to remove my name from their database.0

Does anyone know what the CLC phone number is that they ring from. I had a call the other night, I agreed to everything they said and said thank you and then when he went to transfer me, presumably to pay I hung up. They've been calling me ever since and I've been rejecting the calls. Its a 01702 code. I'm just concerned I may have really won a holiday because I didn't hear for sure that it was them. However, they said I would have to pay a booking fee so I am 99.9% sure it was.
I'm tempted to pick up the phone and tell them that we're old age pensioners whose house is being repossessed so we would be very glad if you could waive the booking fee dear. (None of this is true by the way)The forest would be very silent if no birds sang except for the birds that sang the best0 -
No idea t, although the office we went for the UK meeting was in Watford )13 years ago now though). Usually I have to speak to them in - and they call me from - Spain (but I do send emails instead).
Can you get the full number next tim they call and do the 'who calls me' thing?0
