Can anyone confirm that the offer is not valid at the Express (Petrol Station with Shop) stores?

Mine has the wine, with the 25% offer, but no mention of extra points.

The staff told me that the bigger stores did the extra points, but not them.

    Hi tesco9,

Tried Express store yesterday they have loads of the Torres wine in stock but you don't get extra 150 points off and you have to buy 6 or more for 25% discount. Deb :o)

No Torres for me today but I found 4 bottles of the tagus, and I remembered the tip on here earlier about the £9.99 bottles which are 2 for £10, so I got 2 of those for a fiver.

£21.50 I think for the 6 bottles, with 400 extra points and I used my wine club coupons for 50 points and £1.25 off 3 bottles.

So, no Torres but this was still a good deal for me as it didn't cost any more than the 3 bottles for a tenner deal, and I got the 400 extra points :) oh, and the petrol voucher, I wouldn't have spent enough if I hadn't been buying wine :)

How do these sort of offers play out in Tescos drinks store in Calais (assuming it is still there)?
    I'm off to France soon.

yes the tesco near calais is still there but im not sure if the offers here would be on offer there, the tesco is in a shopping complex called Cite Europe, you can even get tesco points at the store

went for a trip to a tesco extra store this afternoon and bought...
12 bottles of torres wine and 2 bottles of rose cava £70.40 (doubled £35 worth of clubcard points into £70 of wine vouchers to part pay for it) & received 2400 points.
10 tubs of tesco enriched olive spread £12.40 & received 500 points.
10 blocks of cathedral city cheese £19.80 & received 500 points.

A few other odds and ends with extra points like milk lettuce nuts etc, and some extra vouchers from wine club and the food club mailings, brought my total basket price to £109. After knocking off the £70 wine vouchers = £39 in cash and a total of 3617 points!!!

    wahoo!

A final tilt at this lovely one this afternoon was most gratifying.
Dbld 2X£25.50 vouchers, so only £1 lies fallow for next qtr, which isn't far off - ends 16 July, so 11 days for you to boost the final total.
This gave £100 to spend on wine and there were 12 Cava at my nearest Branch, so only 12-ish miles petrol use.
A brilliant CS lady enjoyed the whole thing as we split everything for 2 txns, thus 2 5p off petrol vouchers.
Txn 1, just needed the 25pt milk to pass £50; txn 2 used another wine cluib mailing £1 off voucher and 2 olive oil spreads for a further 100 pts.
Clubcard Plus had a few dbl pts added, bags for Life=16pts and all in all, real money outlay today has been £2.94, for 3909 pts, 18 bots wine, 18 bots cava.
I'm a YHA Life Member and also use Eurotunnel failing all else[still lament the demise of Speedferries], so have no problem finding a Deal to please.

My points have nearly quadrupled since Thursday for under £10 money spend -over £600 Deal value due within the month - terrific for me on my parsimonious own, on pension.

Only downer - Roddick didn't win. Sorry - can't take to Federer.

    Wow - you've done well.

I got 6 bottles of the Torres, and 12 bottles of the Cava (which we tried this evening - very drinkable) - with a few extra points coupons, I think I managed around 4800 points. And managed to get rid of some money-off coupons, and used 2000 double-upon points too.

    Very pleased with my haul.

I think this definitely matches, if not surpasses, the Beef in Gravy adventure!

Thank you so much to the person who alerted us to this wonderful deal.

Managed to get the last 12 in one store, the last 6 in another and the last 24 in a third (in two transactions). My partner also bagged 24 In two transactions). So between us we've got enough wine to last a long time, plus points worth £83.38 at face value or about £333.52 in Clubcard deals. We're dead chuffed :j

We usually drink Torres so the 25% discount plus Clubcard points is a fantastic bonus for us.

All the purchases went on 0% purchase credit card so we'll just put the total into our stooze pot and earn some interest on it for 8 months :j

Plus of course 6 x 5p off petrol vouchers which we've split amongst family as we can't use them all in time :j
