Hi, I am not sure if this is how I post a message but here goes....

I went to Tesco Sidcup yesterday, the shelves were empty of Torres but a chap came along with some six cases of Vina Sol so I grabbed one. There was no sign on the shelf to indicate an extra 150 points though the chap said it was on. I then bought another couple of bottles of something else with 100 extra points.

When I got home and checked the receipt I noticed that only the 6 bottles receved the discount and the other two were full price. I phoned the store and they said that the offer was only on six. I have used this type of offer with other supermarkets and it is always 6 plus.

Also the number of points gained in the shop is not shown on your receipt you have to wait for the statement by which time you have forgotten what you should have had.

Has anyone else experienced this problem with bottles over six?

Laraine P - the offer was definitely for specifically 6, not '6 or more' so to get 25% off all the wine you were going to buy, you needed to buy in multiples of 6.

However, the extra clubcard points should have been on your receipt. I would definitely pop into the store and query it with customer service - they should be able to add the points since the receipt will clearly show you having purchased them.

Posters say '6 or more'. I brought 10 and got 25% off them all.

About the points, did you visit a Tesco Extra or Express?

Offer may be different depending on the store. Some people have reported getting 5 points off petrol when they spend £50 instead of the usual 5p off.

Can anyone confirm that the offer is not valid at the Express (Petrol Station with Shop) stores?

Mine has the wine, with the 25% offer, but no mention of extra points.

The staff told me that the bigger stores did the extra points, but not them.

Tesco Sandhurst still has all 3 Torres and both Cavas in stock.

Also I think 200 points on Teachers and 300 on Remy Martin and some on rum

Edit - tried Aldershot, they still have some Cava, even after I went there and bought 12 bottles!

Ordered mine through grocery dept ( fri, del sat)25% shows when delivered with all points.
