    being lighter certainly helps... it has made a real difference to me... (still a ways to go of course...) but i can imagine being 8-9 stone is a serious advatage as less to lug around!

    Am a bit scared I've set myself high levels to beat now - next 10k in two weeks :eek: It's all a bit weird for me to be honest, I was ok at running at school but otherwise absolutely cr*p at sport!
