If you train about 4-5 days a week you should be able to run the whole 10k in about 10-12 weeks :D:D

What training schedule did you download onto yours?? If we upload out results to fetch we can share it I think  (maz is the expert)

Have you not tried resetting your garmin, hold both buttons down together for about 10 sec and it should reset

I managed to upload my last training run to fetch. I reset my run yesterday three times in an attempt to get it to shut up. It wouldn't do a reset by pressing the buttons so I had to do a hard reset.

I will see if i can export my run and whizz it over later...you can have a look at it. I will also try to find a link to the one I downloaded.

I have to go now, I couldn't resist Costco the second time of being asked although DD has promised to do the housework for me and force me to work later....

Are you feeling better now? :grouphug:

I'm on the mend thanks, just feel a bit queasy now, and I'm hungry but still can't face food. I'll feel better once I've eaten, I'm sure - just can't think of anything I could manage!

On the plus side, I weigh 4lbs less than I did mid-week! :rotfl:
