I am up for that.....what shall we do to challenge ourselves....

I had to reset my garmin this morning....I was still telling me to go round corners....

You can share things on garmins with other people can't you....

I've got an idea for a challenge....lets see if I can become a proper runner - an afflete that can run a 10k all the way. Now THAT'S a clallenge :rotfl:

What training schedule did you download onto yours?? If we upload out results to fetch we can share it I think  (maz is the expert)

Have you not tried resetting your garmin, hold both buttons down together for about 10 sec and it should reset

If you train about 4-5 days a week you should be able to run the whole 10k in about 10-12 weeks :D:D

I would have to expand the office slightly......I am sitting in my half garage - no windows....and I have the washing in the dryer....how stupid is that....

I totally agree otherwise everyone would be winners. I wonder if they took 2 children and put them through exactly the same training for 10 years whether there would be one who is better than another? And it is genetic too as its a fact that for example black people have a much higher percentage of fast twitch muscle fibers which helps no end (ooo I do remember something when I studied A level physical Education...PMSL don't all laugh at once :rotfl:)

I was going to say that it is clear that genetically black people are more prone to be athletes. You only need to look at the races in the olympics, a huge number of the very good runners are black. Not fair, they get the cool fro hair and good muscles.

Yes..maybe that could be the one thing you put down to achieve something today :)

That would be easy as I would have to put off doing some work to do it...

I have however just turned down an opportunity to go to costco.....
