I also need to finish my ebay list have managed to list 4 items but got distracted and ended up buying something so havent been back on since the beginning of the week.

SSl can we see the wedding cake pleeeeease??? Is it tomorrow?

As soon as I work out how to post this photobucket thing . It's weird, I used to be able to view pics, but couldnt see Jo's or CBG's. V strange. Also, I havent taken a pic of the cake yet as it is still in 3 sections. It looks v home made, but my future SIL is absolutely thrilled with it. The wedding is Sunday. I'll be at the hairdressers all day tomorrow

Afternoon everyone, sorry i haven't been on. Nor have i caught up with the thread yet.

OH now has the home treatment team out, one med lowered and another added so fingers crossed it will all work out.

My little brother (17) had a car accident yesterday, thankfully he's ok but the car is a rite off.

As they say it never rains but pours.

(((Vanilla))) - At least your brother is ok and hopefully OH's meds being altered will help. Would I be right in thinking that it takes a couple of weeks for the affects to change?

Valli - how exciting :D Good luck

Just had the podiatrist round. My feet are lovely and soft :D

I'm going to sit and do nothing now. I've to nip down to my aunts at 4.30 to mind my cousin for an hour. He's an adult, but has severe learning difficulties, can only speak a couple of words etc. I forgot what day it is today and said to him we'll watch Mary Poppins or Chitty Chitty Bang Bang (his fav films). Hmmm...how can I persuade him to watch the tennis  Och well, but 4.30 I might not want to watch the tennnis :rotfl:Mary Poppins it is...he loves it when I sing along with the music. Maybe I could sing the songs and watch the tennis?

That is the idea.. that you see a big difference in a short space of time.. with a tiny bit of extra effort .. great rewards :D

I am glad it has helped... I'll see what I can think up for next week :p

Too true and another freecycler is on their way to collect another one!

Putting on Freecycle is small effort and big rewards of space! Glad things go to a new home rather than in the bin.

Also I've got an interview for a job I applied for! :jBig surprise! :j

Pleased as I get a chance to leave my rubbish employers and they can try and improve with a new employee!

Also I think I forgot to say Well Done to Sexymouse, what you posted disappeared when I read it but I assume from the other posts what happened! Congrats!

Well done to Valli to for your interview, fingers crossed for both of us!

Not done much flying today other than washing and ironing. Will do some more later.

Yes, that's my DS - he's not had an operation since 2007 and now which is fantastic though he's got nerve damage to his eye lids and will have drops for the rest of his life. Still, I can now talk about it without getting upset / angry as that wasn't helping him - i've definitely moved on a bit. He had pains in his hips last night in bed but was fine this morning. It's very short lived when it happens....odd!
